At the wedding, the bride leaned in, kissed her father gently on the cheek, and slipped something small into his hand.

The guests watched intently, curiosity spreading like wildfire through the room. Whispers and quiet speculation filled the air as everyone wondered what the bride had given her father.

The father, catching the energy of the moment, grinned mischievously. Clearing his throat for dramatic effect, he declared with pride, “Ladies and gentlemen, today is the luckiest day of my life!”

All eyes were on him as he raised his hand high, revealing the mysterious item.

“My daughter has finally returned my credit card!”

The room erupted in laughter, the sound echoing with joy and surprise.

Well … almost the entire room.

One man sat frozen, wide-eyed and speechless, “the groom.”
