Barbequing is the only type of cooking a real man will do. Here is the sequence leading up to the big production:
- The wife goes to the store and buys everything.
- The wife makes the salad, vegetables, and dessert.
- The wife prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man, who is lounging beside the grill, beer in hand.
- The man places the meat on the grill.
- The wife goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery.
- The wife comes out to tell the man that the meat is burning. He thanks her and asks if she will bring him another beer while he deals with the situation.
- The man takes the meat off the grill and hands it to the wife.
- The wife prepares the plates and takes them to the table.
- After eating, the wife clears the table and does the dishes.
- Everyone praises the man and thanks him for his cooking efforts.
- The husband asks his wife how she enjoyed her night off. And, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there’s no pleasing a woman.
