A politician running for office visits a small rural town and says to the mayor, “I want to help you.
What are your needs?”
“We have two basic needs”, the mayor replies.
“First, we have a hospital but no doctor.”
Hearing this, the politician pulls out his phone, and after speaking for a while tells the mayor, “Don’t worry, a doctor will be there soon. Now what’s the second problem?”
“We don’t have cell phone reception.”
