Have you ever taken your dogs to McAllister Dog Park? It gets crowded after 8am, so getting there early is peaceful, before the big dogs arrive. So, my wife wakes me at 7am and says let’s go. We should take the dogs (we got 2) to the dog park before it gets too crowded. I barely sipped my morning coffee, and we were on our way. We parked about 200 yards from the park and by the time we reach the dog park gate, I am winded. We removed the leashes from the dogs and watch them run! The dogs race ahead, then return back to us, then race some more. There is a large round path, and we are walking around and around. After about 3 long laps, I am ready to go home, but my Mom says one more lap because you need to get your steps in. Then it hit me! I realized we were at the Dog Park so I could get my steps in…
